When you bought them, you didn't really consider who would be there to service them. Most manufacturers require you to send the item to another state for repair, requiring you to spend money on shipping and potentially more if the item is not under warranty anymore. Even more than that, you are without the item for weeks potentially, if not more. HomeTech has heard our customers outcry for home-based, experienced service and has started a new division, TechCare.What is TechCare?
It is our way of providing our clients with a complete home electronics service package for many of your electronics, taking the worry out of costly and inconvenient repairs. We realize that no matter how hard you try to get a quality piece of electronic equipment, they will sometimes fail, perhaps due to no fault of your own. Sometimes its a power surge, lightning strike or other natural phenomenon that has caused the damage. Either way, one call to the experts at TechCare and we will schedule a visit to your home, assess the situation, and do our very best to correct it on the spot. If we can't, we'll schedule a convenient time for TechCare to return to your home and do the repair or replacement work.And best of all, we'll do it for a flat fee of $150 with no surprises and hidden charges. Should the repairs take an extended period of time, the rate is just $75/hr for anything taking longer than 2 hours.
