After the building is complete, and all the paint is dry, our Trim Out crew will install all “built-in devices” such as in wall / in ceiling speakers, keypads, touch screens and volume controls. This prepares the home for the occupancy permit and ensures that when the homeowner moves in there are no “waiting” holes in the house.
